- Local History: Your last 10 summaries are stored locally in your browser so you can access them later. This data never leaves your device.
- Preference Storage: Your settings (summary length, format preferences, theme) are stored locally in your browser for a consistent experience.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the summarization feature you requested.

Local Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage mechanisms:
- Summary history (last 10 summaries)
- User preferences and settings
This data is stored only on your device and is not synced to any external servers. You can clear this data at any time by removing the extension or clearing your browser's extension data.
Server Processing
When you request a summary, text is transmitted securely (via HTTPS) to our AI processing service. The text is:
- Processed immediately to generate a summary
- Not stored permanently on our servers
- Not associated with any personal identifier
- Not used to train AI models

- Removing the extension from your browser (deletes all local data)
- Clearing your browser's extension storage
Opt Out
Since we don't collect personal data or create accounts, opting out is simple — just uninstall the extension. No request or account deletion needed.
Data Portability
Your summary history is stored in your browser and can be accessed at any time through the extension interface.
Children's Privacy
